Full Routine Cleaning
Kitchen and Dining Area
Remove mats. Fans, lights, blinds, sills and baseboards dusted. Appliances cleaned and disinfected; includes inside and out of microwave, outside of fridge, stove top, face of oven and dishwasher. Sink countertops and backsplash cleaned and disinfected. Touch-up cabinet faces and hardware as well as light switches and plugs. Dining table and chairs wiped. Empty trash, wipe and reline can. Floors. Replace mats.
Living/Family Room
Fans, lights, blinds, sills and baseboards dusted. Tables, mirrors, and glass cleaned. Dust/polish wood furniture. Shelves, ledges, picture frames dusted. Check under cushions. Brush or vaccuum as necessary. Tidy up room. Arrange cushions, pillows and throws. Dust/vac under furniture if accessible. Floors.
Bathrooms
Remove mats and empty wastebaskets. Tile walls, bathtubs, shower and shower door cleaned and disinfected. Spray for mildew as needed. Sink, vanity and counters cleaned and disinfected, Touch-up cabinet faces. Mirrors, glass and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined. General dusting. Toilets thoroughly cleaned inside and out every time. Floors. Replace mats.
Utility Room & Pantry
Remove rugs and empty wastebaskets. Dust lights, blinds, sills and baseboards. Sink, countertops and backsplash cleaned and disinfected. Wipe washer/dryer exteriors. Dust/broom between if accessible. Floors as accessible. Replace rugs.
Windows
Windows usually covered in general cleaning, but not always, include entryway doors and main use sliders. This will depend on how many panes and size. If you would like more done this can be arranged. I do all glass trim and tracks as well as detailing blinds. This usually takes longer and should be scheduled separately as with any separate deep cleaning detail.
Bedrooms
Fans, lights, blinds, sills and baseboards dusted. Dust headboard, furniture, shelves and night stands. Clean glass, mirrors and picture frames. Make bed if stripped and clean fitting sheets are set out. Dust under bed if clear and accessible. Touch-up glass on sliding doors. Floors.
